I'm scanning through the 2014, 2015, 2016 to find an entity that has been selling in the manner you describe. Although there's no one that went from +20mil to 0, there is 'Charmed5 PL' that went from 17mil to 15mil in the 12 months prior to the 2016 Annual Report.

Any idea who this Top 20 shareholder exiting is? There are usually less than 7 entities with >20 mil shares.

Bonus points if you can post a more recent Top 20 than Sept 5th

I don't think Blackiwi's info is 100% correct. Between August and September Cancun Pty Ltd sold 12.6mil but still hold a good 25.7 million OBJ shares.
