no expert here but seems that's the ann that we are wanting... I guess the market is still shell shocked over current instability but a resource is a resource and this one can't be ignored... might just take a bit longer and maybe that's a good thing to have a steady climb moving on rather than big knee jerk reactions (they give me ulcers)
