Is it just me, or would it be safe to assume that if (A) comes before (B) then it cant be the 'terrific' result we all hope for
(A) announcement made as per original statements that a report based on all data acquired so far will be provided by the end of the month , or,
(B) an announcement is made in accordance with continuouus disclosure, that, new information gathered would warrant this be announced before a summary report can be prepared by the end of the month ( eg. thick oil bearing sands ....oil discovery, or BOP issues ect..)
