Hey Muzz,
I disagree with the patents not being battery related based on the research I've done into the specific terminology used in the titles and then cross-referencing them both. That said, think the application of the patents will not be unique to battery technology which is why I think they were filed at the parent coy level. Just my opinion, obviously, but that's what my research tells me.
