That's a very good question, Wayne72.  I'm hoping at a minimum GC and team give us some sort of 'Bluto' rally speech (See here for inspiration) to explain why, as a shareholder, we would be inclined to take up the full amount.  Yes, many of us here are aware of the merits and not really in need of enlightenment, but as another poster in another thread intimated, the general mom & pop investor won't get it without some help in understanding.

What would REALLY help is a big ann of some ilk, eg. PoC1.  Absent of that, give me some sort of revenue projections from the deals done over the last 12 months, the IMRA products due out in Jan, the Cook products, BBI Update, etc.  Give those who aren't as convinced a reason....  WHO'S WITH ME???  AAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!
