I think any move for board changes will come way before AGM, or at least we will hear about it well before AGM.
Any change of board will be an agreed change.
MIN has 20%, and if that is not decisive enough, they might get support of Garret with his 5%.
I cannot see Garrett in conflict with MIN direction???
Also, and move by MIN, would probably be applauded by us retail shareholders.

so last AGM was 25 Nov 2015. I think that was after a delay?
so Notice of Meeting goes out month earlier.
So any agreement would be announced prior to Notice.

so if any change to board due, then we may hear early Oct?
by then ERM financing put to bed, and the ERM TopUp well and truly expired.
I cannot think of a reason why MIN would sit back and wait.

It has already invested about $9m in shares, plus $15m in loans.
It has seen its shares drop from $9m to $6m at 30c just now!
that's a meaningful number.
