In fact all the major players are now T20 in LPD - skin in the game to mutually build in the success of our collective journey. Potentially a consol coming combined with a strategic off take/s agreement funding partial development of phase 1 (<$40 minimum cost base) supported by our majors for the balance by virtue of works committed and feedstock supplied as the trafe off. Our engineers and plant designers (LYL) our strategic advisors (Bacchus), our strategic partner and potentially major feed supplier / introducer of international off take markets (GXY) are heavily involved in the entire process. In excess of 300m shares held by GXY at an average of 2.2c after taking out LIT. The first investment GXY have taken outside their very own company - why ?? LPD and Strstegkc Metellurgy are sitting on an industry disruptive tech here not just for Li but also for some extremely valuable by products. GXY have a sheet load of MICA which was previously worth squat, but now they can use it as collateral and we all get to benefit from it by virtue of our associations. This was never about a friendly takeover....by GXY, this was always about some very intelligent business operators forming a collective that benefitted all whilst removing the jealous vermin that was you know who.
I believe the next MAJOR Ann will be funding / off take agreements through GX alliance via Mitsubishi and others (potentially the Germans - BMW - and Chinese BYD) for phase 1 with leverage over phase 2 option.There will be a couple of prelim updates on company activities before this of course. But the major market mover will be the financial details IMO. Galaxy already have a large stake here and will benefit from revenue as will LYL by virtue of the worth of the company MC through their <50m plus holdings.
You see the difference here between LPD and most penny hopefuls / pump and dump dreadfuls is the strategy undertaken by our BOD’s. All of our main players are part of the business by virtue of considerable holdings. They believe and they have accepted / paid for the privilege of by Top 5 ! This in itself speaks volumes in regard to the future of this company.

Not financial advice and all IMO - LPD ticks a lot of boxes at this end of town on cash reserves, disruptive tech. FA and quality of management supported by extremely financial strategic alliances with contacts extending to a huge worldwide network - this is an investment opportunity that could be looked back on in the years to come as the one that got away for those that did not believe. I certainly believe that GJ feels that this tech, the success of this company LPD is the pinnacle achievement of his entire career......determination and desire outweigh the potential for any thought of failure. The confidence around the quality, performance and viability of the tech L-Max is approaching bisteria with worldwide suitors (particularly in Canada) reaching previously unconscionable levels of enquiry. Involved within the company are a number of handsomely wealthy individuals - but this one, is special. LPD, a burgeoning industry producer and disrupter in the making.
Happy holdings to all the longs and the new holders that see the future in front of them. Also to all those that have shared valuable research and theories here over the last two years in particular. Once GTT left the building and the first signs of real progress began to show, it became apparent that LPD had a different sparkle. Let’s see it mature into a market star.
