Just trying to put a bit of a damper on too great expectations; I did not mean to offend; 'sentiment' was not the right term. I own LYC and like you, hope for a great result.
I had seen your calculations, and having been a long-term holder of another share where 'rational' analysis and endless projections by one 'informed' investor really got me and others into a long-term hold and eventual sale at a great loss, I have a natural bias against projections of that sort.

I don't own a crystal ball and I don't know what trading plans the Chinese have - maybe they will decide to export some of their REEs again when the price is high enough?? - just a thought. There are also some difficulties to be expected when Lynas' plant in Malaysia eventually starts up - hopefully not - but most new production facilities experience some wobbles on start-up.

My trading plan nowadays is: Purchase in a hot sector, trade some of your holdings, but watch out when the s.p. goes parabolic - or as this one has in the last couple of days, gone up in an almost straight line.

I was just trying to inject a note of caution.
