Just a couple of weeks ago the board had "received a number of
expressions of interest from other parties".
But now they are happy to cave in for a couple of cents more than the original opportunistic lowball offer that doesn't represent fair value at all.
What happened to the other expressions of interest?
Were they simply bargaining talk?
The company early on was not serious about developing a resource but just wanted to sell that with Bluff they were going to get serious.
