I think that the biggest issue with the current selling has something to do with the strong mention of the company saying it has the 15 million equity facility that it can use, and that it expires in May, that gives them little time to use it, hence I suspect many investors have chosen to sell before the company issues shares to Long State, who I believe will not hold the shares for long.
It may not happen, but mentioning the facility in the way the company did, would have spooked many investors.
