The announcement was from 20 May 2019. It was to disclose funding from LS. Regarding the MoU's, i would say the announcements made 20 Sep 2017 and 30 Sep 2017 for offtake agreements are long gone. These were non binding at the time and the hope was that they would become binding. 100% I could be wrong and these MoU's may still in place but for a MoU to have a duration of nearly 3 years (2017 to 2021) is not common. Not long after the announcements in 2017 ASN began work on the pilot plant and were also confident of 1700ppm. 4 re-entries later the JORC (and quality) is only a fraction of what it was expected to be back then. In my view to get a leg up in SP we need an updated JORC or new offtake for bromine. I wish the PoO for the re-entries would come through asap.
