I feel that Mitchum was an honest poster. Perhaps, however, the managers of HC feel that somebody with such a large holding in a company along with the significant holding of his son, should not be commenting on a chat site as they may be compromised/self interested in what they say. With that level of holding, they may think that comments should be through the company and via the ASX?
If Mitch did nothing specific wrong (that he knows of) then this seems likely as a reason.
