Anyway I look at these pontifications from Central Bankers and politicians … I see them as just words.

The reality is that both are addicted to money printing to solve every problem … as the more prudent alternative will be unpopular with voters

it’s disgraceful the growth of government debt in Europe, USA, Asia etc over the last 5 years.

at some stage … we will all be asked to pay the piper.

in the meantime … if they print money, gold goes UP.

Australia has a Treasurer with absolutely no idea how the real economy works … and the different types of inflation (I.e. cost push inflation caused by increasing costs of inputs to manufacturers going up … like electricity, compliance, imports, etc)

the increase cost of manufacturing has to be passed onto consumers.

The government is to blame for most of that mess … and screwing our hard working battlers with higher interest rates isn’t ever going to be the solution.
