As mentioned above, of the 10 patients evaluable for tumour growth, 4 showed stable disease (SD), and a further 5 showed partial response (PR) for their best overall response. Those are great results.
Also we can roughly say two thirds of this group had less than the desired dosage.
Big Pharma is on the hunt for novel combinations of drugs, where traditional treatments are combined with immunotherapy, which can work together to increase patient response rates without the threats of higher toxicity or prohibitive costs...
Despite the SP movement, this is looking good.
