BMX was and is a great platform for keeping LT customers in line and meeting current market pricing expectations. IMO PLS has achieved this and current off take contract pricing is closing the gap with spot pricing.
In light of this with current demand, PLS is probably diverting some of the allocated spot production (Ngungaju plant) towards existing customers as an act of good will. At prices closer to spot no doubt.
