Unless the contracts are out there for the public to review, we're only guessing as to payment terms.
Apparently a general contract will be circa 90% of agreed value within circa 2 weeks of the boat leaving port.
Assay and weighing upon receipt will set the final value. Assuming that's the case, first partial payment should be ~March 1st.
That said, the diesel spill in the port could throw a curveball here.
Who is being held to account and/or who will be financially liable for the environmental cleanup?
(I bet it won't be the buyers, even if their crappy ship was to blame)
