Quarterly will be due at the end of April 2021, its up to the company as to when they decide to release it earlier or not. A company may release it earlier if it benefits them, potentially to provide positive coverage to push the share price up, but to do it properly these things take time...
As above, the proof is in the pudding. People might be sick of waiting and are looking for other opportunities in the market, and yes, the falling io has an impact.
