maybe you guys can help me thrash out the theory.
the overall value of the io in the ground is say between 50-150million per year for the next 6years. so total 300-900mil LOM.
this is signed off for offtake 50% to sino steel and 50% to atlas holdings to market to whomever say 'x'.
I think either sino or atlas/'x' would be smart to buy whole project now for 150-200m.
sino has next door tenements as well don't they but not as high grade?
