Thanks for the correction, I did get the box's mixed due to my understanding being incorrect for the two. I have adjusted Profit to NPV and NPV to Annual Net Income for the correction on my excel sheet.
Are you able to shed some light on how the discount rate is calculated for this stock? I used 10% as that's what has been used in the feasibility study but I don't believe a 10% discount would be warranted for FEX iron ore quality.
