I'll have a go at making a projected NPV and get back to you for feedback on it in future. As for the discount rate I will leave it as is on my spreadsheet for now.

I have applied a few changes to my spreadsheet so I now only req to enter in the Data field info. Also added the corrections you mentioned and adjusted the corp tax rate to 30%
