I don't believe that is the issue. First the vessel was delayed arriving(not sure why), then had to wait for the construction sand vessel to load on the weekend, now has to wait until tomorrow until the swell recedes(no vessels are in port atm), before it can come in and load.
Is frustrating though, as we really want this vessel loaded and gone asap so we can receive the funds in this quarter. Hopefully everything goes smoothly from here.
