Gotta think that the last few alliances in China were factored into the doubling of the stock price well ahead of the market announcements. Its just been dancing ever since. So with this in mind i would be looking for a breakout in the stock price not as an indication that the market is seeing the potential but that some deal/contract/extension of business/ new market opportunity/ new partner.. has already been bedded down and the affect on the company already taken into account.. As holders we will probably be the last to know the details.
