Looks like the momentum is with company now and it is just a matter of time before substantial contracts are awarded.

The takeout from yesterday's announcement (apart from Sales increase to $22 million) is chairman's commentary specially 'The company will shortly make changes to the board in recognition of substantial progress made" - this to me indicates maybe another influential Chinese water resources person to come on board - if this happens then lookout for the share price in short span of time.
