It needs contract announcements soon. If there is nothing for a couple of months I think they would struggle to meet the forecast given the lags in doing the work and getting paid. As they only just made the upgraded forecast they presumably expect early signing of contracts, so an extended delay in any contract announcements would be of concern.

Even if they miss the forecast the key will be the size of contracts announced and over what period they will be delivered. If they announce large contracts, but a lot of revenue slips into next year the shares would still react positively.
