with all the talk about selling up, and renting for awhile, whilst waiting for the prices to crash 50%, before taking another step back into the market, or diving in for the first time.... must be music to the ears of the investors, or would be investors out there.... I must say a huge big thank you...to all the bears..... hehehehe.... I believe the rental market was reported this week....it had dropped from the old days of 3% to half of that and below....some places its less than 1%...I dont have time to find it...but its out there in the lame stream media this week bells ringing for some
