Look as I have said the two properties that I have bought recently are in towns nearby future/imminent large mines opening-they are not rented; as said at the tima it was my theory to double or triple my moneyy in a few years time; not piss about for a few hundred a week!!
And yes I do believe propertry prices will collapse in cities and towns without new business coming.
