I dont need anyone to buy anytime soon....more than happy with all the renters to keep on renting, it makes the world go around, supply and demand....otherwise there would be no market for the prop investors like self
just providing an alternative view to the mostly bearish views on this forum... the bears views are concentrated in the expensive inner city suburbs.....whilst there are plenty of affordables out there in oz land I see building approvals are down about 25% for the year...that means less homes being built
