You might be on the money here (well done you), but considering the lack of buyers there is potential to get a bargain under your predicted price of 4 cents should MRC raise capital again. Wish you well if you pursue any avenues to invest at these severely undervalued levels.
Unless of course that WALL worth a $1,000 / 4 cents can't stem the painful and prolonged haemorrhaging in the share price, as well as the bank balance for MRC, from falling any further.
A tragic and perilous pathway was sort and found. A mention to achieve this present day status must be to the people driving the process to delisting should that be the end when the lights are finally turned out.

The market is clearly in a fickle state, and buyers of bargains can't see the forest through the trees.
