Google another 30. 50. 100. You'll find they're all having a rough time of it. It's a nervous market. The World Economic Forum is just that. Another Friggin Forum to postulate on.
The OTC is simply an, "Across The Counter" exchange domiciled in NY. Nothing sinister. Simply another platform to trade on. Easy access for Nth Americans to the international, mainly sub-investment grade juniors that choose to list there. And a broader market for the entities listed there-on.
