The last drill at Horse Well indicated they were getting closer to a (potentially) large find. If you held hundreds of millions of shares and thought you were a drill or two away from a major discovery would you rush in drilling and promoting your company to get those options exercised at a stupidly low price, or wait until they expire so you can later raise at a much higher price with a lot less dilution which makes your large holding worth a lot more?
