Let's be honest, the next cap raise is not going to be in the double digits. This will be trading single digits by the time management passes the cap around for more funding. And they love doing cap raises at large discounts.
I will predict 7cents. It wont be until next year that they need additional funds to progress 'insert reason here'.
And good luck to them getting debt funding with the way the uranium market is trading, or selling a % of the project - it's simply not happening.
