Talvivaara in Finland is economically extracting uranium at a grade of 20-25ppm from a carbonaceous schist, which is a very closely related rock to your so called radioactive mud ( black shales). U at Haggan is nealy 10x higher in grade. There are other metals at Talvivaara as well but the additional uranium circuit is profitable. They are using an open bio heap leach which typically produces lower extraction rates than the oxidative acid pressure leach that will be used on the Haggan deposit. You don't seem to know what you are talking about, again. Your bitterness won't change the price my friend. Do you homework in the meantime.
