Screenshot is from late July so compared to early September that’s a little over a month. In that time, your personal valuation of Aura has dropped by over 85% with no news warranting that big a change. I find that unsurprising but I think it says more about you than Aura.

As for when and if the stock hits 7c, no you don’t get to do the victory lap and here’s why. Let’s set aside the fact that you’ve already bought high and sold low. At 11c, even if someone said the stock would go to zero, and even if that would happen 2 out of 3 times, as long as the upside is greater than 33c, it’s profitable to hold. The maths of this is very simple. Play this out three times, and you would lose 11c twice (22c) but make over 22c the third time making holding the profitable play.

The actual math is nowhere near that grim. Yet here you are selling at 11c to save, in your estimation, a measly 4c of possible downside. In this business, they call that picking up pennies in front a steamroller. So go ahead and do your “victory” lap if and when you save that 4c loss. If that’s how you play the game, you may get away with it once, twice, perhaps even three times in a row. But the maths catches up to everyone and when that steamroller hits, you’ll realise you were just better off holding in situations like this.
