I'm sorry but you are just taking stabs at how much money you think they will need to build and launch the pearls.

Your assumption is just that.

You have not researched the company and therefore your assumptions are misleading your thought processes.

Your problem is that you think the board are incompetent and cannot swing other funding and revenue prior to the launch of the pearls.

An easy mistake to make for people who do not understand the business model and fundamentals of the business world.
