I wonder if Justice Jackson will look into the effort the Liberal Government went to drag this decision out.
They have managed to waste tax payers money and delay this through to a new election.
There is clear evidence that Madeline King was the decision maker in late 2023 and then finally in early 2024 Ed Husic is appointed the decision maker nearly + 6 months after NOPTA hands down the PEP11 approval recommendation.
Why did Madeline King wait + 6 months when she all along that she wasn't going to be the decision maker?
