    Previous times NSW did not 'jump ship' like they did this time. Why do they actually need to file with the court to say they are walking away but for costs and 'other' issues?

    And now Ed must file his documents...... what did he use to assess finance? costing?? and why was DB's submission NOT accepted? - I would have assumed DB would have had REAL quotes and costings from actual contactors and not just $15M or $25M or EVEN like someone else $35M!!!!!??

    Lets bring on 30th April!!
