I understand the sentiment, but cannot agree entirely about the fundamentals. It is not whether it is world class, which is doubtful IMO, or a strategic metal (which just means there is no alternative, nothing about demand or price). Any old geologist can discover something, the bottom line is whether you can sell what you find. If you cannot sell it, then it is time to get a new salesman, or a new product, or close the shop. To me that is THE fundamental, what happens downstream after the discovery.
