We are in a "new world" that requires new innovative ways looking at, and funding projects ... its a shame the management team are stuck in the past .... the world is moving fast and they are running a mining company the way they used to be run 10 years ago. You need to be "lean and mean" and be able to adapt quickly to market conditions not just sit back blame the market because you are too slow to respond and stuck in the past.
