I am loving the positives on this thread.
I would add:
- consumer shopping centre spend is increasing. That fact is born out in the latest retail figures. Factors driving it up are people have got no where else to spend their money. They can't go overseas, They can't go to Sydney, Melb too risky, it's hard to get accomm on both coasts, traffic to Sunshine coast on weekends is hopeless, There is nothing doing in the city, shopping on internet is experience is insular and boring.
- the Directors have the ball at their feet to make the CDP shopping even better. It's good chance for them to show why they get the big buck. Maybe more live events such as fashion parades, or impromptu in mall concerts of short duration, visits by famous entertainers, lucky door prize p
romotions. Come on directors
