Actually, it would be hard to find two opinions on this stock to be more different.

You reckon it is a business which you were willing to hold for a decade of sustained distributions, and after that period the value of the business would be higher that it is today.

My view is that it is a structurally challenged business model that requires increasing capital inputs at a time when it's balance sheet is in the least favourable position it has ever been. So not only do I believe the distributions to be unsustainable, but I think the business's intrinsic value is highly likely to decrease over time.


As for the fact that I happen to hold, don't assume my shareholding is something over which I have control. My CDP shares are subject to stewardship by a third-party.
