Now what's it going to be like in 10 years?
Are the rents going to be higher or lower? Will there be more or less tenants at that site? Will there be more or less residents in that shopping catchment? Will the Carindale site be more or less valuable?
I'm sitting on 50% profit in a few short months, thought about selling but I'm settling in for (hopefully) a nice decade of 5%+ distributions and an increased valuation at the end.
For those who sold around $3 so long and thank your mother for the rabbits.
