I am trying to upload two photos but cant so picture this
Photo one - I standing on the top level of a carpark and looking at the forlorn sizler and hunrgy jacks, thinking yes they are going to put a tower here, fairly small foot print, good for highrise easy to integrate to main centre.
Photo Two - I turn 180 degrees and take a shot of the carpark in the other direction, the one that runs half the length of Carindale Along Creek road. Then it dawns on me. That carpark is built on a sloping hill, so the part of the carpark nearest the shopping centre is maybe four levels, but only two as it gets closer to Creek Road. All that space can be built on, Carindale has heaps of footprint left. With a bit of deep excavation it can create a new carpark underground and maybe increase its footprint by a third where the existing carpark is. Stuff the tower, its just has to knock down the carpark and excavate a bit to expand.
