The % quoted looks good at first appearance but as part of "highly weathered shallow material"--well you would need to know what the other material is. if they know the Li% content what's the rest? I would hazard a guess noting the bulleted point failed to mention spodumene why not mention mineralisation in the highlights section?, Such % high lithia suggests a lithia mineralisation not conducive to processing successfully including cost effectively, possibly petalite or similar--such a mineral has very high lithia beyond 3 or 4%. So its the other parts of the "material" that can make it problematic and CRITICAL to know, hence "highly weathered" and high % lithia are not necessarily something to buy on, imo but wait and see @blastfurnace a geologist respected in this area sometimes comments. bf,?
