Next corporate step for RMS

Dear Jim, Tangs and other knowledgeable posters on RMS, I would appreciate your opinion on whether OBM could prove to be that next logical corporate step for RMS?
From what I can establish it seems to tick most of the boxes that MZ has been hinting at on the size and scope of next potential corporate move.
The interim OBM management are experienced professionals (OBM MD is Chairman of Silver Lake) Hawkes Point (likely sellers at right price) own 45%, it could be a 3rd stand alone facility, 80,000/90,000 + ounces a year x5, good exploration upside, debt free, unhedged etc.
Appreciate area has a chequered history, but the previous management were not the caliber of the people managing it now and the market capitalisation doesn’t look expensive.
Hard to imagine MZ hadn’t looked at it given Hartley’s corporate team have a close relationship with both camps.
