OMG!... how long is this going to take?

Next one will be the 11th court appearance and ASIC can't nail these buggers... really? I mean really? Or is it the DPP that is incompetent? WTF?

On 17 March 2023, the prosecution of Mr McAuliffe was mentioned in the Magistrates Court at Brisbane where Mr McAuliffe appeared unrepresented. The prosecution was adjourned to a further mention on 19 May 2023 and Mr McAuliffe was released on bail.
