I've been out for a month or so but I always thought it would be better to go into administration and have assets (IP and patents) sold off and money returned to shareholders. It's obvious that the people running the show over the last 15 years have failed in commercializing the technology. But maybe other businesses could do a better job commercially. What was always a concern was being massively diluted by the current management that take it private and then start working. With a market cap of 1.5 Mill it's very vulnerable.
