Looks like the capital raise results have been announced. A 1 for 1 entitlement at $0.40, minimum raise of $50m. An attaching 1 for 1 option at $0.40 complicates things a bit so I used the Black-Scholes formula to get a rough value on this, which is ~$0.07. That makes the true cap raise price $0.33.
