Been in a long time as you GZ and have see a lot of ups and downs. I think KAR has burnt the bridges for a while and they need to put as much expenditures(such as salary increases) as possible on hold.
A positive direction with a concern to how KAR is viewed is needed. The problem is a lot of the issues are out of KAR hands.
Grace will pull the sp value down a lot if nothing is found. The bad part is the sp may not rise much unless good news on Grace and Brazil.
