Thanks 357, I dont know entirely why, but I am feeling more worried than ever particularly as the Court is about to give a ruling but when was the actual case actually heard. I hope its not to throw the case out on some legal technical argument that the appeal cannot proceed.

I mean have witnesses on behalf of Ipernica and the defendants given testimony before the Supreme Court and if not how could they come to a ruling. I feel there are gaps in all of this and Sept23 might prove to be a giant precipice. I hope that wont be the case and instead can break the champers and celebrate. Then again probably got more chance of winning lotto. Not very positive am I.
