As @Netraam has said and approved by me, the next DEG is DEG.
Have a look at the coverage of shear zones that converge at Hemi. As Andy has mentioned, this is about the probability of finding these intrusion gold which cluster around the shear zones.
Sure, other companies may have shear zones running through their tenements but one or two? If they don’t converge maybe the probability of finding gold is lower? Sure you can have a punt with those nearology but DEG is significantly de-risked compare to them.
My opinion only and not investment advice but writing is on the wall as to which one will have the next superpit.
